Found restaurant in the Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta & Gozo 2018. Went for Sunday lunch two weeks ago and ate Beef Cheeks with sweet potato mash and Sea Bass on a bed of spinach plus roasted veg and roasted potatoes. Both dishes were fantastic and full of flavour. One glass of red organic wine which was delicious and a bottle of water. Our waitress was very helpful and patient. We didn't think the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food and would highly recommend a visit here.

We had an amazing experience in this restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, and the food was really, really good. They are willing to alter dishes for vegetarian and vegan customers, with a delicious outcome!!

A contemporary restaurant that may also be seen as a fine quality bistro. The menu changes daily and it revolves around the finest fresh produce in season. The fare offered is based on Maltese and Mediterranean dishes presented in a very modern style yet retaining its wholesome traditional characteristics.NOW OPEN FOR LUNCH AND DINNER DAILY!Besides the daily menu L' Artiglio is open for lunch with a nice selection of dishes that we the appetite and that meet the requirements for a light snack to a full lunch.

I think one of my top 3 favorite restaurant on the whole island of malta. I went since the opening and they keep surprising me with excellent quality and excellent service. The menu changes accordingly with the seasons and the catching of the fish. The restaurant is very intimate and quiet. The chef is a master of the cuisine.

Brilliant restaurant! Loved that the chef personally came and spoke to you about the menu, a great touch. Also, with the menu changing everyday it was a vegetarians delight, as its so rare; and not only with one option there were a few. The chocolate orange fondant is to die for - a must try!

The food was excellent: delicious soup and risotto for starters, really good vegetarian options… L’Artiglio was a pleasant surprise. Great food, very attentive staff, good wine list. The octopus was great… Excellent food cooked to perfection and great service. A hidden gem in Valletta. Highly recommended!… The starters arrived, artichoke risotto and a wonderful beef and pork pasta, all beautifully cooked and presented, and absolutely delicious… Good food, fresh products, generous servings, very nice service with a smile, value for the money. Small restaurant that is part of the boutique hotel attached offering a fantastic breakfast.My partner and I are not staying at the hotel but pass the entrance almost everyday as we head out into the city. We both ordered the Sweet French Toast, consisting of 2 slices of thinner bread that has been fried with fresh fruit on top. The French Toast is amazing.
